Preferred Corporate Housing has once again been selected as one of Houston's "Best Places to Work" according to the Houston Business Journal and Quantum Market Research. This marks the 3rd consecutive year that PCH has been honored with this designation, including being ranked as the 9th Best Place to Work in 2012 and the 15th Best Place to Work in 2013.
While the official rankings for this year's list won't be released until later this year, PCH learned this week that they have made the list along with 82 other Houston-based companies.
Inclusion in the Houston Business Journal's annual Best Places to Work list is based on results from an independently tabulated employee survey administered by Quantum Market Research Company. Every employee is invited to complete the survey, and results are based on responses to questions in categories relating to compensation, employee satisfaction, growth potential, feedback from management, unique company benefits and overall survey participation percentages.
Samantha Elliott, President of Preferred Corporate Housing, was thrilled to receive the news. "We've tried to create a compensation package that rewards great performance and a culture that promotes teamwork. Its a great feeling knowing that our team continues to find value and motivation from what we've developed."
"Ultimately it is our clients who benefit from a designation like this," said Michelle Velasquez, Director of Client Services for PCH. "As the saying goes, 'Happy employees mean happy clients,' and our goals are always centered around providing the best client experience during their stay in our corporate apartments. This award is a win-win for us."
