Streamlined Operations and Management Tools:
• A complete needs assessment and profile that will help us prepare customized procedures for handling your housing requests according to your unique needs
• New housing requests and Customer Service inquiries will be addressed with priority over all other non-National Account client needs - within 2 hours of receipt!
• Access to our suite of online account management tools including the 'Online Group Housing Manager,' along with an interactive training demonstration of how to utilize these tools to simplify your day-to-day management
• A Dedicated Account Team that is knowledgeable of your unique needs, with direct contact to each Account Team member, including after-hours access
• Customized invoicing and simplified billing procedures according to your unique needs
• Customized reporting on a monthly, quarterly, or yearly basis as needed

Additional Cost Savings:

• No maximum monthly utility allowances on electricity, gas, or water
• No additional deposits or fees (with the exception of pet deposits)
• Ancillary Fee Credit - National Account Program Members receive credits to help offset move out related expenses

• Inclusion in our 'Preferred Placement' program, which gives National Account members first access to available temporary housing following an emergency or disaster (Can be integrated with your Business Continuity Plan)
• Automatic inclusion in our 'Preferred Charity Helpers" Program where PCH will support a local, national or international charity of your choosing (Corporate Responsibility Program.
