Every PCH apartment comes with an attractively appointed furniture collection. Included in the collection is a contemporary living room package featuring a 42" or larger Smart* television, a deluxe bedroom suite with King-sized bedding and additional television in the primary suite, and a sophisticated dining room collection.
No fully furnished apartment would be complete without housewares. Our hand-selected collection includes bedroom linens, towels, bathroom furnishings, small kitchen appliances, cookware, and complete place settings. Each Preferred Corporate Housing apartment is equipped with a full-size refrigerator, oven/range, dish-washer, microwave oven, in-unit or onsite laundry facilities, and small appliances (coffee maker, toaster).
PCH apartments include all utilities such as heating, cooling, water, gas, and electric services in your monthly price quote. PCH National Account Program Members receive unlimited utilities with no caps on monthly utility spend.
PCH only includes SMART televisions with the capability of logging in to viewing apps like Netflix, Hulu and any other desired streaming services. Wired cable television service can also be included as requested.
Each temporary apartment will be equipped with wireless High Speed Internet service with speeds to allow streaming and multiple device usage.
Preferred Corporate Housing is proud to provide 24-hour customer service directly through your dedicated Account Team members who know the ins and outs of your needs. In an emergency, your Account Manager is available to take your call. There are no automated answering services or call centers to navigate through.
Preferred Corporate Housing handles all housing requests and management of housing inventories from one central location while streamlining office communications and improving response times. Each client works with their own dedicated Account Team for all aspects of their corporate housing experience. The Account Team provides one point of contact for locating and securing nationwide housing as well as addressing all customer service requests.
Guests can access their personalized move-in packets, apartment information, nearby restaurants, and shopping close to their temporary accommodations with the PCH Housing Manager that is provided. The PCH Housing Manager is a personalized online login system that provides realtime account specific information such as invoices, receipts, move-in/move-out information, and the ability to submit and check on service requests. This tool can also be customized to restrict which information is visible to each guest (i.e. invoicing/billing info can be removed).
Preferred Corporate Housing provides our National Account Program Members the use of our Group Housing Manager. This proprietary management software platform is web enabled and allows our clients to submit new housing requests, check on the status of submitted requests, view an apartment list with each resident's information, notify our office that you are planning to vacate an apartment, view current and past invoices, print receipts, submit maintenance requests, as well as the ability to check on the status of pending maintenance requests. This is a great tool for any client coordinating multiple housing authorizations at a time.
Each apartment is tailored to meet our guests' unique needs, which means we can add specialty items in most cases. Request specialty furniture and housewares to make your stay as personalized as possible. Just ask!
Choose from monthly, weekly, or bi-weekly housekeeping. We can include this service in your monthly invoice or bill separately. Let us know your preference.
Our general liability coverage provides personal property protection, accidental damage, and global liability coverage. Although we recommend each guest obtain their own individual renter's insurance coverage, PCH includes general liability coverage for all apartment reservations.
National Account Program Members receive an Ancillary Fee Credit per apartment booking to help cover any move-out related charges.
